This versatile heavy duty high rise pallet storage system can be easily installed and dismantled and re-assembled to a different need-based configuration. Features:

• Heavy duty racks are designed with metal shelves and alternated with materials like MDF board / commercial plywood / Wire mesh to carry maximum load per tier.
• Smooth and fine  finish of the product helps to protect the garment rolls against damages while handling / operation
• If the client need to double the space in the  racks  the rows can be interconnected at the top level and converted into mezzanine floor giving additional storage space.

Specifications:

• Each shelf can be designed up to 3300 mm Width x 2500 mm Length x 9000mm Height to carry about 2tonnes UDL per each level for storing maximum length of garment rolls.

• The smaller length can also be accommodated with specially designed racks to suit client’s requirement.

• Electronic Stackers / Forklifts are used to load and retrieve heavy cargo.
• This system is cost – effective harping mainly on the Space optimization advantage.

• The load bearing member can be either Decking panels made of steel or of MDF / Plywood depending on client usage.
